BEGIN YOUR HOME-BUYING JOURNEY TODAY

STEP 1

Schedule a discovery call to learn more about you, your goals and best course of action for buying a home. 

STEP 2

Complete our online questionnaire and upload required documentation. 

STEP 3

Pre-approved! Now you can begin shopping for a home. 

STEP 4

Accepted offer: congratulations, now you are in contract to purchase a home. We will order title fees (a neutral third party to the transaction) and get your initial disclosures prepared. I will make sure to guide you through this line-by-line so you can be confident knowing the figures relating to your home purchase. 

STEP 5

Upon signing disclosures, your appraisal (if needed) will be ordered. Simultaneously, we will submit your file to underwriting for initial review. 

STEP 6

Once the underwriter reviews your loan, conditional approval will be issued. At this point, my team member will contact you for any remaining items needed to fulfill the conditions requested by the underwriter.

STEP 7

Upon receiving your appraisal (if needed) and your items needed to fulfill the underwriter conditions, we will resubmit for a final loan approval. 

STEP 8

Congratulations! Your loan is approved! We will order documents for your signing with the title company and make you the new owner of your home.
