MEET EVAN HASTINGS
My name is Evan, I am the dedicated branch manager and mortgage advisor of The Hastings Group at America’s #1 Retail Mortgage Lender, CrossCountry Mortgage. When you choose to work with me, I make it a point to get to know your circumstances upfront to find options that best fit your goals. I supply a detailed mortgage budgeting analysis for every purchase and refinance so you can feel comfortable making the correct choice for your current and future financial situation. I specialize in several types of financing, including first-time homebuyer programs, government loans, and products for real estate investors.
On a personal note, I grew up in Sebastopol, CA, and earned my bachelor’s degree in economics from Sonoma State University, allowing me to incorporate details about current market conditions as they relate to your home loan. Recently, my wife and I began splitting time between Sonoma County, CA, Eugene, OR and Camas, WA. All of these areas allow me to indulge in my favorite hobbies: golfing, hockey and anything outdoors with our two dogs.
